He is survived by his loving wife, Pamela; his son, Cody Martz; stepdaughters, Diana Albane (Larry) and Jan Morris (Scott); and four cherished grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Pat Zamboni (Bill), his nephew, James “Jimmy” Bready IV (Victoria), and his nieces and nephews.
John was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Martz; his father, Charles Martz; and his brother, James J. Bready III, who is survived by his wife, Melinda. John will be remembered for his warm personality and his loving, loyal, kind, and compassionate nature.
He was a longtime employee of Costco Logistics and enjoyed golfing and riding motorcycles. He loved music, was a devoted dog lover, and was a dedicated fan of the Florida Gators and the Jacksonville Jaguars.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
A private Celebration of Life will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Plenty of Pitbulls in his memory.
