Linda was full of life and made friends with everyone she met. She had an extraordinary ability to make people laugh, and her smile was truly infectious. Linda had a passion for lighthouses, elephants, flowers, and animals. She worked as a personnel manager for Walmart for several years, where she met her son-in-law, whom she affectionately nicknamed "Troll." Some of her favorite moments were spent on trips to Williamsburg and Jamestown, Virginia, where she enjoyed walking in the footsteps of her family history. Linda was the most loving mother, nana, grandma, daughter, wife, co-worker, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Denham; her father, Melvin Register; her mother, Virginia D. Register; and her stepmother, Rachel Register.
She is survived by her daughter Stephanie S Sutton and husband David E Sutton; grandchildren, Christopher, Blayne, Brynlee, Kenzlee, Brayden, Luke, and Isabella; great grandchildren, Caleb, Alora, Camden, Landon, Makenna, Grayden, Jaxson, Kai, and Nero; daughter Pam Mills and husband Chip Mills; grandchildren, Jennifer and Antonio Daniel, Jessica Riley, Kimberly and Chris Peranio, Victoria and Seth McCullough, and Bobby Mills; great grandchildren, Lamont, Mikayla, Ariyah, Jenna, Frankie, Ezra, and Nichole, daughter Cheryl Dickerson; grandchildren, Mariah Taylor, Josie and Michael Coats, and another granddaughter; great grandchildren, Carson, Charles Michael Jr., Rocky Joe, and one other great grandson.
