She was united in marriage to her beloved husband, Jerry Hobbs on August 25, 1973. Together they shared over 52 years of marriage building a life together centered on love and family. She was a devoted wife and loving mother to her three children, daughters Candy and Tammy, and son Jason. She took great joy in being Nana to her four grandchildren: Megan, Harmony, Joshua and Gage. Her home was a place of comfort as she enjoyed crafts and decorating. She would often ride bicycles with Jerry on the weekends.
Linda’s life was defined by her deep dedication to her family. Linda will be remembered for her devotion as a wife and mother, and for the love, she poured into her family throughout her life.
A Family Moment will be held at 2:30 PM, Friday, December 19, 2025 at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. Graveside Services will start at 3:00 PM at Riverside Memorial Park.
