She was born in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1951 to Thelma and Gerhard Friderich and was one of four siblings. Linda enjoyed sharing meals with friends and family and could often be found in the stands at the ballfield, cheering on her grandkids and reminding them to “take your time.” Being a grandmother was one of Linda’s greatest joys, and she was endlessly proud of each of her grandchildren. Linda never met a stranger and would give the shawl off her back to someone in need.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Reehl, and is survived by her son, Patrick (Jessica) Reehl; her cherished grandchildren, Kenslie, Grayson, Emersyn, and Rowan; and her siblings, Stephen Friderich, Diana Hudak, and Patricia Paulin.
A memorial service will be held on January 31, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church.
