Lunette was born June 3, 1925 in Fountain, Florida to Bessie Tharp Jones and Lonnie E. Jones. She graduated from high school there. She had two sons, Philip and Art. Her late husband was Charles Hall.
A Southern Baptist by faith, Lunette loved cooking, baking, word puzzles, and attending Church activities. During her working years she was employed as an account clerk, a bookkeeper and similar positions.
She was predeceased by her husband Charles Hall in 2006, three brothers: Wilbur, Charles Edward and Glen Ray Jones. She was also predeceased by sisters Doris Martin and Dora McCord. Lunette is survived by sons Philip Evans [Cheryl] and Art Swank [Jana], along with three grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
A visitation for Lunnette will be held Friday November 4, 2022 at 10:30 at Hardage-Giddens Riverside, and a graveside service will follow Friday, November 4, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
