Born 7-18-1942 in Newport News, Va. To the parents of Herbert Weldon & Reba G Packham
in which both are now deceased. ML left behind his wife of 23 years. Louise Lane and Herbert Weldon Packham JR (Anne Marie) of Jacksonville,Fl. Vivian Bessent of Callahan. His children Marty Packham and Tanya Caswell (Rob) of Denver and Brad Packham (Naomi ) of Tampa fl ,stepchildren Bonilyn Bonham ( Carl) and Richard Meyers Jr (Melissa). And his grandchildren: Elle Emerson Pacham, Chance Lee Caswell,Jamie Lee Meyers,Dalllas Cheyenne Meyers,Damian Lee Meyers,Jasmine Amber Bonham,and many nieces and nephews.
He worked for Hoblemann Port Services,He retired from San Jose Eposi. day school as a main.superv.,school crossing guard for jso.
He meet his lord at 1st Baptist down town Jacksonville. He was a member of west jax Baptist and most recently attended 1st Baptist of Ortega. M.L. loved to work with his hands. ML and many others gave back to the lord by remolding the sanctuary and fellowship hall at Hosanna. He did beautiful tile work. He loved to take his dog of 16 years for a walk 2x a day.
He will be best remembered for his quick wit,a loving heart. If you asked him what are you up to he would reply 5'8
