Mary Frances Rose Zehnder, 79, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away March 2, 2018. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on June 10, 1938. Mary Frances graduated from Immaculata High School in Chicago, IL, and went on to receive a Bachelor’s Degree from Mundelein College in Chicago, IL. She married Donald M. Zehnder on September 19, 1959.
Mary Frances worked in the Collections department of her family owned business, Diversified Consultants. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Lay Ministry. She enjoyed spending her time gardening, reading, decorating, watching TV dramas, and going on cruises.
Mary Frances was predeceased by her son, Mark. Mary Frances is survived by her husband, Donald, and her children, Jeanne, Jennifer, and Christopher, and her sister-in-law, Julie. She also leaves to cherish her memory her grandchildren, David, DJ, Gabrielle, Ashley, Nicholas, Benjamin, Nicole, and Jordan, and her great grandchildren, Bella, Mason, Payton, and Noah. Mary Frances is so dearly loved by her family and friends, and she will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00am Friday, March 16, 2018 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 11665 Fort Caroline Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32225. A private service for the family will be held at Jacksonville National Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills, 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL, 32225. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
