Graveside services for Mattie Hinely Green, 85, will be held on April 13, 2012 at Riverside Memorial Park with Reverend Ray Mayfield officiating. Mattie was born on May 21, 1926 in Savannah, Georgia. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her brother Herbert Hinely (Joyce), sister Jacqueline Young (Bob), numerous nieces, nephews and friends in Taylor Home. Mattie was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Ray L. Green, her parents, 2 brothers Irvin and Raymond, 2 sisters Inez and Mildred, dear friend John Hardee. Our thanks go out to Northeast Florida Community Hospice (Rose Team) for their outstanding love and care during her final days. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northeast Florida Community Hospice, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32257. The family will receive friends on Friday, April 13, 2012, 45 minutes prior to the service from 9:00 to 9:45 A.M. at Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home, located at 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32205. We take comfort in knowing Mattie is in the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
