She married Daniel J. Springer on September 17, 1991. Melanie was a homemaker and of the Lutheran faith.
Predeceased by: father Ralph A. Painter, mother Beverly A. Painter and brother David O. Painter.
Survivors include: spouse Daniel J. Springer, daughter Crystal Springer, son Richard Morton, daughter Sarah Ledbetter, son Scott Springer and 12 grandchildren.
A memorial service for Melanie will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
