Michiyo Jane Rhoden, age 87, passed away March 19, 2018 at her home in Jacksonville, Florida. Michiyo was born on March 7, 1931 in Sendai, Japan. Michiyo is survived by her daughter Debbie Simpson (Jack); one son Larry Rhoden (Lucy); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her granddogs Lillie and Zeek.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
