Nancy Lee Wagner, age 66, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2013. She was a native of Lynchburg, VA and resided in Jacksonville since 1992. She retired from CSX in 2010 after over 40 years of service. She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing bingo and enjoying the beautiful flowers around her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Nora Hackett. Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Stephen A. Wagner, Sr.; a son, Stephen A. Wagner, Jr. (Carol); sisters. Rita, Betsy, Susan and several nephews and nieces. She will be laid to rest on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at the Jacksonville National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM, Monday, November 25, 2013 at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St. Johns Bluff Rd N., Jacksonville.
