Norma Sheetz Anderson

She was a loving wife to Joseph T. Anderson for 57 years until the Lord called him home in 2008. She was a mother to 3 beautiful girls, Brenda Sue, Norma Jean (deceased 2016), and Marsha Jo. She is predeceased by her husband, Joseph Thomas Anderson, daughter, Norma Jean Harris, and sister, Rosemary Sanders. She is survived by daughters, Brenda (Terry) Sanders, Marsha (Lee) Tomlinson, brothers, James Sheetz, Eric Sheetz, and sister Donna Kilpatrick. 6 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.

She had a heart for caring for her family. Her loved ones and her Saviour were the most important in her life. She had a passion for sewing, crocheting, and spending time with the ones she loved. She also had a love for music, specifically playing piano in her church. She had played piano since the age of 12. Joan shared the gospel every chance she could. Her heart's desire was for all to have a personal relationship with Jesus. She was a blessing and loved by many. She lived a long and beautiful life. She will be greatly missed.

A visitation will take place at Hardage Giddens Riverside Funeral Home on Monday, January 26, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., followed by burial at Riverside Memorial Park at 1:00 p.m.
