Pamela Joy Smythe, 61 of Jacksonville passed away on September 8, 2012 at home. Pamela is preceded by parents; Myrtle and Willard of Valdosta, GA and sister; Glory Dawn Beam. She is survived by her brother Robin Smythe and wife Cindy. Nephews; Greg Beam, Tim Beam, and Benjamin Smythe and nieces; Alisha Hill, Holly Nolan, and Tina Beam. She was a member of the Hillcrest Baptist Church. Pamela will be remembered for her kind heart, sweet smile, and determining spirit. Funeral arrangements have been to Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home located at 7242 Normandy Blvd. Jacksonville, Florida 32205. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2012 from 7:00-7:30 pm. Please join the family from 7:30-9:00 for a celebration of Life. Interment is private.
