Patsy Louise Miller

Patsy Louise Miller, age 70, passed away on June 09, 2017 peacefully in her home in Jacksonville, FL. She was born in Palm Beach County, Belle Glade, Florida on August 21, 1946 to the late Perry Lee Duggan Sr. and Mildred Louise (Wilcher) Duggan.

She was a woman that set an example of how to: "Love God and Love People" , a Proverbs 31 woman. She was predeceased by her parents and grandson, Benjamin T. Miller.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Miller Sr.; sons, Jerry Miller Jr (Marie Miller) and Robert W. Miller (Tonya Miller); sisters, Peggy Smith, Linda Duggan and Betty Harless; brothers, Perry Duggan Jr and George Duggan; grandchildren, Christopher Miller (Rebekah Miller), Justin Miller (Melannie Miller) and Faith Miller; great- grandchildren, Brody Miller, Noah Miller, Grayson Miller and Oliver Miller.

Visitation is Tuesday, June 13, 2017 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at Mill Creek Baptist Church, 6019 State Road 16. Saint Augustine, FL 32092.

Funeral Services are Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at Mill Creek Baptist Church, 6019 State Road 16. Saint Augustine, FL 32092. Interment to follow at Chapel Hills Cemetery, 850 St. Johns Bluff Road Jacksonville, FL 32225.
