Phillip Pontiac Carroll, 71, passed away March 8, 2020. He was born February 26, 1949 in Augusta, Georgia and resided in Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Carroll served and is Retired from United States Navy and Retired again from the United States Postal Service. Mr. Carroll is survived by his loving wife Joyce Carroll, daughters; Pam Carroll & Tara Kornegay, son; Phillip Mike Carroll (Eve), granddaughters; Carmen, Kaila, Hailey, brother; Jerry Carroll (Stephanie) and numerous great grandchildren. Phillip is preceded in death by his parents; John & Lucille Carroll and sister; Bonita. A Military Celebration of Life will be held 1 PM Friday March 27, 2020 at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road Jacksonville, FL.
