Randy was born October 5, 1961, in Jacksonville, Florida to Henry and Frances Wallis. He attended Robert E. Lee High School and joined the US Air Force at age 19 where he received a ribbon for Small Arms Expert Marksmanship.
Randy was employed by American Coolair Corporation for more than 20 years at the time of his death. His loved to fish, hunt and was a huge Miami Hurricanes fan.
Randy is survived by his longtime girlfriend, Donna Bennett; his son, Matt Wallis (Ashley); brother, Henry G. Wallis III; sister, Rhonda Kelley (Dwayne); grandchildren, Jace and Dakota Wallis; as well as uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and a great-nephew.
He is preceded in death by his father, Henry G. Wallis Jr; his mother, Frances Wallis; and brother, John Charles “Charlie” Wallis.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Evangel Temple, 5755 Ramona Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32205, on March 18, 2023 at 10am located in the Chapel. Guest must enter the doors at back of the church facing I-10.
