Preceded by her parents, a sister Susan Gayle McFarland Drawbond. She is survived by her loving husband Jody, a son Joe, 4 sisters; Shirley Ann Short (Emrett), Kathyn Copeland (Lee), Gerrie Sue Sexton (Bob), all of Paducah, KY, Janice Love McLead (Clay) of Jacksonville, brother James Douglas Smith (Nancy) of Columbus, GA, and numerous nieces and nephews.
After retirement she went back to work as a secretary and WMU director at St. Johns Park Baptist Church. Celebration of her life will be Thursday June 30th, 2016 at Hardage-Giddens, Town & Country Funeral Home. Burial will be private for family only and a few friends at Riverside Memorial Park.
