

She was born on August 10, 1960, in Brunswick, Georgia, and lived most of her life in Jacksonville, Florida. Sandra attended Forrest High School and later built a long and dedicated career as a medical billing specialist, a role she held with care, precision, and quiet pride for many years.
Sandra was known for her kind heart and gentle spirit. She had a deep love for animals and held a special place in her heart for her beloved cats, as well as the many special pets she cared for throughout her life. Her compassion for animals reflected the warmth and tenderness she shared with those around her.
Sandra is survived by her sons, Andrew Levicki III, and his children, Andrew Levicki IV and Penelope; and Zachary Levicki and his wife, Christina, and their children, Zachary, Abby, and Maddox. She is also survived by her siblings, Carol Reimer and her husband, Ron, and their two children, Adam and Alexis; Steve Pettit and his wife, Liz. She is further survived by many other loving relatives, including cousins and step-siblings, all of whom held a special place in her heart and will cherish her memory.
Sandra will be remembered not only for her kindness and compassion, but for the special place she held in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
A service celebrating Sandra’s life will be held at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32205, on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
