Born September 14, 1956, Thomas was a hardworking, safety-conscious truck driver for nearly 20 years. He was well known for his sharp negotiating skills, always ensuring he got the best deal. Thomas’ true passions were fishing and enjoying a football game with family, often accompanied by an ice-cold Bud Light. He was a caring and loving dad, papa, brother, and friend, remembered for his sincere and engaging personality, and fun conversations. Thomas never met a stranger and touched the lives of many with his warm smile and generous heart.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ottis and Elizabeth Faircloth, and his sister, Helen Faircloth.
Thomas is survived by his children, Shannon (George) Lamb and Jennifer (Dwaine) Davis; his siblings, James (Shawn) Faircloth, Jerry (Carol) Faircloth; his grandchildren, Madeline (Jack) Guest, Chelsea Davis, Brittany (Cody) Evans, Joseph Cassels, Ty Davis, Randall Davis, Hank Davis, Shelby Davis, Jessi Davis; and his great-grandchildren, Charlotte Evans, Luka Cassels, and Beckett Evans.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his laughter and good humor will keep us smiling for years to come. And if anyone could make heaven a little more fun, it will be Thomas — look out, here he comes!
