Thomas ‘Tom’ Larsen Sr. passed away peacefully on Oct 10, 2017 in the presence of his loving family. Tom Sr. was 75 years old when he went home to heaven. Tom Sr. is best described as being loyal, caring, loving, and an amazingly positive person who loved life and brought a smile to whoever he encountered. He retired from both Barnett Bank and Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. Tom Sr. loved many things to include walking in charity walks, spending time with his vast family, working out with his friends at the YMCA, watching University of Alabama Crimson Tide football, and most of all spoiling his one granddaughter. Tom Sr. is survived by his son Tom Larsen Jr., his beautiful granddaughter Skylar Larsen, brother Joe Larsen, sister Dottie Hielman (Tom), and sister Lola Hagan (deceased / Ronnie) and many other cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. A memorial service will be held on December 2nd at 2pm located at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205
