Trevor Paul Dean, born on May 16, 1986, passed away on January 3, 2026, at the age of 39.
A visitation will be held at Hardage Giddens Chapel Hills, located at 850 St Johns Bluff Rd N, Jacksonville, FL, 32225, on January 24, 2026, from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life will take place at the same venue at 3:30 pm.
