

VICENTE EDUARDO MAESTRE (Vince), age 99, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Saturday, 12/30/17. Vince was born in Corozal, District of Belize, British Honduras on March 28, 1918 to Vicente Maestre and Eulogia Arguelles Maestre. He owned and operated V & E Automotive on Cassat Avenue with his son Eddie. He was a top-notch mechanic specializing in the repair of foreign and domestic cars.
He was predeceased by his loving wife of 57 years, Ellen E. Bradley Maestre, his son and business partner, Edward Anthony Maestre and his granddaughter, Melissa Jeanette Maestre. Vince was the most loving son, husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
He leaves to mourn his loving daughter, Lisa Maestre Inman, grandsons, Jason Maestre and Anthony Inman, granddaughters, Meagan Maestre and Nina Lash and his good friend and caretaker, Jamie Jackson. He also is survived by five (5) great grandchildren, Autumn, Savannah, Jason, Jr., Hannah and Brody.
Vince had many passions including his love for music, his wrestling and fishing.
Pallbearers are Jason Maestre, Jamie Jackson, Anthony Inman, Frank Sabido, Joe Bedran and Mark Bradley. Honorary pallbearers are Manuel Maldonado and Jorge Maldonado.

Visitation with the family will be held from 1:00 p.m. till 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 7, 2018 with funeral services immediately following at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida.
