Virginia was born in Chattanooga, TN on May 7, 1929.
Virginia is survived by her son Hoyt “Butch” Lamar Curtis Jr (Linda), two daughters, Esther Marie Knight, Virginia King (Johnny), 1 sister, Donny McDaniels, 5 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren, and other family and friends.
Virginia is preceded in death by her loving husband Hoyt Lamar Curtis, her parents Neda & Scott McKinnis, her brother Scott McKinnis, and 2 sisters, Betty Morgan, and Mary Hedgecroft. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday November 14, 2015 at Hardage-Giddens Beaches Chapel. Burial will follow the Visitation at Chapel Hills Memory Gardens at 12:30 PM
