Mr. Armus Stonewall McDonald, Jr. age 83 of Jonesboro passed away July 1, 2016. Mr. McDonald was preceded in death by his wife: Betty Jean McDonald and son: Steven Anthony McDonald. He is survived by daughter: Deborah Wheeler (John) of Augusta, GA; 3 sisters: Cecelia Hansard of Jefferson, GA, Barbara Anne Smith of Buford, GA, and Carole Boyer (Lewis) of Augusta, GA; grandchildren: Steven Anthony McDonald, Jr., and Cody Blake Mathis; 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Private family service will be held at later time. The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM, Saturday, July 2, 2016 at the funeral home.
