Graveside services for Jackie Paul Kelly will be 1:00pm Monday Oct 21, 2019 at Pleasant Hills Cemetery in Nolanville. Visitation will be 5-7pm Oct 18, 2019 at Crawford-Bowers in Killeen. Jackie died Oct 14. He was born in Belton on April 25, 1949. He was preceded in death by father, Howard Kelly Jr. He is survived by his wife Chickie of 48 years, children John and Paula, 7 grandchildren: Erin, Kylie, Kami, Kimber, Ethan, Evan and Emily, his mother Elizabeth, sister Sherion and brother Rickey. He was a navy veteran.
