AC Allen

A.C was born April 9th 1941 in Willis, Texas where he attended and graduated from Turner High School. Preceded in his death was his mother, Ruby Lee Luke and father, Albert George Allen, Sr. of Willis, Texas. He was the second son born to that union, along with his older brother, Albert George Allen, Jr.

A.C later married Carol Ann Jackson (Deceased) in April 1963. Where they loved each other until her passing. To this union was born two children Terrance Earl of Washington (Teresa Ann), Tara Latrice (deceased) and child of Mary Tatum (Deceased) Shenaedra Tatum-Hopper (Charles) of Houston, Texas.

A.C joined the U.S. Army in 1971, where he served 21 years. He devoted his time and talents to his career. His love for the military was clear and present even in the later years of his life. A.C enjoyed his life after the military by hanging out and relaxing at his home in Killeen near Fort Hood with his family and former military friends.

A.C was kind, generous, compassionate, and honest to everyone he encountered. A man of morals standards, loyalty, and tremendous integrity. There wasn't a person who had a bad word to say about A.C., a man who was loved and respected by everyone he met.

Peter had three half-brothers, Osie Stubblefield, Joe Terry and James Allen (all preceded him in death) and three sisters, Rose Allen-Kelly (deceased), Bobbie Allen-Coleman and Patsy Papillion (Paul). He leaves to mourn and continue to love him, 6 grandchildren: Cherise Perry, Drashana Bell, John Tatum, Meagan Tatum, Charles Hopper, Jr., Tara Marie Allen, 3 great-grands, a host of nieces, nephews and relatives that will love him forever.

Memorial Services will be 12:00 PM Friday, March 18, 2022, at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen. Committal Services with military honors will follow at 2:00 PM at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.
