Isabel M. Phillips

Memorial services for Isabel Morrison Phillips, 91, will be held at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home Chapel in Killeen, TX at 2pm, Thursday April 18th, 2013 with Chaplain Brent Eaton officiating. Mrs. Phillips died April 13th, 2013 in Harker Heights, TX. A private burial will be held at Old Glenmora Cemetery, Glenmora, LA.

She was born in Pitkin, LA on August 8th, 1921, the daughter of J.I. & Sadie Morrison. She married Charles E. Phillips in Oakdale, LA on November 12th, 1940. They enjoyed 62 years of marriage and were charter members of Christ United Methodist Church in Shreveport, LA.

Isabel is survived by one daughter Lauren Sutton and husband Randy of Harker Heights, TX; one brother James I. Morrison of Oberlin, LA; three grandchildren: Justin Gadd of Irving, TX, Rachel and Robert Sutton of Killeen, TX, and one great-grandchild Presley Hope Mendoza of Killeen, TX.
