A Funeral Service, with Military Honors, will be held at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 10:00 AM.
Mrs. Messer is survived by her husband Charles Messer, daughter Kelly Brown, sons Jim Cochran and Mel Cochran. She is also survived granddaughters, Samantha Lee and Robyn Leopold and a grandson, Clinton Lloyd. She is also survived by two great granddaughters, Skye Allena Leopold and Navy Elizabeth Leopold.
