Funeral services for Roberto Soto Torres, 79, of Nolanville, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Saint Joseph Catholic Church. Graveside service will follow at 1 p.m. at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.
Roberto joined the angels in heaven on February 15, 2016. He was born on August 11, 1936 in Taft, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Senona and Miguel Torres; his brothers, Prajeres and Jesus Torres; his sister, Victoria Alvarado.
Survivors include his sister, Manuela Mireles; his loving wife of 52 years, Lele Torres; his two sons, Roberto and Pablo Torres; his daughter, Clara Patiño; his cherished grandchildren, Alejandro Torres, Jesus Patiño III, and Senona Patiño; and numerous other family members.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. Thursday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen, which is in charge of arrangements.
