Mr. Gray was born January 12, 1938 in Tepetate, LA. He served in the United States Army for 29 years, retiring in 1984. He also served as a logistic specialist with USA Tank Automotive Command in Warren, MI.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Gisela brother; Larry Joe, sister; Delores, four daughters; three sons; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Burial will be at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.
The family will receive visitors from 6-8pm Monday November 28, 2011 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen.
