

Born on July 30, 1962, in Glens Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Donald Lattimore and Lois (Harvey) Lattimore. He was a graduate of Glens Falls High School.
Scott enlisted in the United States Army Delayed Entry Program March 20, 1984 and active duty April 24, 1984. He served during the Cold War, Desert Shield, and Desert Storm at multiple duty stations state side and abroad. While in the army he earned the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal – 1 Oak Leaf Cluster, Good Conduct Medal – 1 star, National Defense Service Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon – Numeral 2, Driver and Mechanic Badge – Driver W, Expert Badge – Rifle, and Army Lapel Button prior to his honorable discharge in 1992.
On October 10, 1980, he married Suzanne Titus in West Glens Falls Chapel.
For 21 years he was the co-owner of Kid’s World C.D.C. of Copperas Cove.
Scott worked for Sears and Roebuck as a mechanic and Domino’s Pizza prior to his time in service. Upon discharge he worked for Coca-Cola for 22 years before retiring, M&M Vending, and briefly O’Reilly Auto Parts.
Survivors besides his wife of 45 years, Sue Lattimore, include one son, Robert Lattimore and his wife Tabetha (Swihart) Lattimore; one daughter Amanda (Lattimore) Cooper and her husband Nick Cooper; one sister Pamela Lattimore; four grandchildren Donald Lattimore, Erica Cooper, Ceraphina Lattimore, and Neriah Lattimore; also several cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 pm Thursday, March 5, 2026 following viewing at 5:00 pm at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, 1615 S. Fort Hood Street, Killeen, with Pastor Andrew Hrabina officiating.
Burial will be at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery 11463 TX-195, Killeen, at 9:00 am Friday, March 6, 2026.
