Serije Partyka

Serije Partyka, age 67, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2024. Born in Ohrid, Macedonia September 30, 1956, Serije lived a life full of adventure surrounded by family and friends from around the world.

Serije was the beloved wife of Frank Partyka. Together they built a loving family, and is survived by her two children Son Jimi Partyka and daughter Lilli Shaw with Son in law Timothy Shaw. Serije has four cherished grandchildren, Olivia and Alexis Shaw, Jaydon Doyle and Jacob Partyka.

Serije is also survived by her sister Nazibe , nieces and nephews in the Netherlands, Macedonia and Australia.

Serije had a passion for cooking and delighted in preparing meals for her family. Her Turkish drama shows brought her joy, and she was an avid listener of audiobooks. Serije found peace in drinking her coffee on the balcony, where she would often reflect and enjoy the view while connecting with family and friends through FaceTime videos. Traveling with her friends was another of her favorite pastimes, creating memories that will be treasured by all who accompanied her.

Serije's kindness, love, generosity and spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of love and joy will continue to inspire those she leaves behind. May her soul rest in peace as she joins the love of her life, Frank.

A visitation for Serije will be held Wednesday, August 14, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, Killeen, TX. A graveside service will occur Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, Killeen, TX.
