Victor Manuel Kuilan passed away on November 30, 2015 in Harker Heights he was 55 years old. Born to Jose & Urbana Kuilan in Puerto Rico on September 1, 1960. Victor leaves loving memories to his children Elizabeth, Eddie and Raymond Rembold of Maryland, DE., his father Jose Kuilan of Killeen, TX, Lisa Kuilan and many nieces and nephews and cousins .
His mother Urbana Kuilan and his son Donald Victor Rembold preceded him in death.
A Rosary will be held on December 13, 2015 at the home of Jose Kuilan at 2201 Peebles Dr. Killeen, TX 76543.
