Anna E. Wright

Anna Wright passed away Nov. 20, 2024, in Atascocita, TX. She is survived by her loving husband Jay of 5 years. She is preceded in death by her first husband Charles Robert Hillegass and siblings Mary, Ruth, Jack, and Russel and grandson, Stephen Freeborg.

Anna was born in Campbelltown, PA on May 7, 1934, the daughter of the late Russel & Kathryn Etter. She was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Kingwood, TX.

Anna Wright is survived by two daughters Deborah Keiser (R.C.), Suzanne Freeborg (Frank) of Kingwood, TX; two sons John Hillegass (Maura) of Wrightsville Beach, NC and Chuck Hillegass (Geri) of Acworth, GA; seven grandchildren, Scott Keiser (Kathryn), Robert Keiser (Krista), Christopher Freeborg (Jenny); Katy Wright (Ryan), Holly and Sarah Hillegass and Nevin Hillegass (Kathleen) and five great-grandchildren: Emma, Aria, Aubrey, Everly and Connor. She is also survived by her sister Grace Stutz, sister-in-law Mary Ann Greiner and numerous nephews and nieces.

The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 PM, Monday, Dec. 2, 2024, at Kingwood Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM, Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2024, at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 3803 W Lake Houston Pkwy, Kingwood, TX 77339. Interment will be at Houston National Cemetery 2 PM, Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2024.
