Edward Joseph Frericks

Edward was born on June 15th, 1958, in Dayton, Ohio, to Thomas J. and Rosaline Frericks. He married Karen Frericks in September of 1989, and the two moved to Texas in 1995. Edward enjoyed spending time with his family and taking his two daughters to softball tournaments throughout their younger years. He took great pride in co-parenting them and championing them in their adult years.

Edward was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves behind his loving wife of 36 years, Karen Frericks; daughters, Rachel Enriquez and husband Rodrigo and their daughter Eleanor and Jennifer Abbasi and husband Arsalan; brothers, Thomas Frericks and wife Grace, Bill Frericks and wife Jennifer, Mike Frericks and wife Liz, and Jim Frericks and wife Kathy; sisters, Ann Biermann and husband Chris, Lynn Frericks and husband Troy, and Cindy Frericks and wife Kelly; as well as a host of cousins, extended family, and friends.

Edward was a wonderful friend and father, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. The Frericks family would like to give a special thanks to the medical professionals who cared for him in his final days.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th, at Kingwood Funeral Home, 22800 Highway 59 North, Kingwood, TX 77339. All are welcome to gather at 1:00 p.m., with the service beginning at 2:00 p.m.
