Glen Richard Marshall, 71, of Kingwood, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 15, 2014. He was born on July 4, 1942 in Hollywood, California to Glen Floyd and Ramona Ruth Marshall. Glen graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University at Los Angeles where he also played football. He was an avid drag racer and received his private pilot’s license in his twenties. After college, Glen worked in the aerospace industry for companies such as Jet Propulsion Laboratories, Boeing, Lockheed, and Northrop. He was a proud mentor for Junior Achievement and believed in helping others achieve their goals. After Aerospace, He switched to the petroleum industry where Glen received his Professional Engineer Certification. He spent over 30 years at Shell Oil Company before retiring. Most of all, Glen was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Glen is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Paula Marshall; children: Brett Marshall, Wendy Herman and her husband Mark; grandchildren: Meaghan Marshall, Benjamin Mastrofrancesco, and Megan Mastrofrancesco.
