
Thomas August Perlioni, age 81, of Kingwood, Texas, passed away peacefully at his home on November 26, 2025. He was born in Euclid, Ohio on August 9, 1944. Tom was the youngest of three children, and attended and graduated from Euclid High School. Thereafter, he went on to earn a bachelor’s degree at Bowling Green State University, where he was a multi-year starter on the Bowling Green collegiate baseball team and earned All-MAC Second Team honors in 1965. He completed his master’s degree at BGSU and subsequently joined the United States Navy as a commissioned officer.
Tom met his late wife, Linda, during college, and the two were happily married for fifty-six and a half years before she passed away in 2024. Together, they had two children, Mark and Jason, and he was a dedicated father and husband throughout his life. After his stint in the Navy and through his nearly thirty-year career at Shell Oil Company, he coached numerous youth baseball and soccer teams for his children and was always present with his family and friends. Tom enjoyed playing cards and dice, and was an avid baseball card collector.
Tom is survived by his son Mark and Mark’s wife Angela, his son Jason, his grandchildren Katherine, Joseph, August, Iris, Linus, Violet, and Ansel, his sisters Jean and Carole.
