Dale is also survived by her mother Joyce West, siblings; Bryan West (Roxanne Bowman), Jackie MacArthur, her niece Olivia (Nick) Marshall and their daughter Thea, her nephew Zack MacArthur and many cousins and close friends.
Visitation will be held at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre (1001 Ottawa St. S. Kitchener) on Friday, August 26th from 1-1:45pm. A Celebration of Life will begin at 2:00 pm.
