Predeceased by her husband Donald of 52 years in 2022. Dearest mother to Tracy Egerhazi (Tony), Roland Hartwig of Germany and step mother to Deborah Kew (Rick). Beloved “Nana” to Spencer, Samuel and Dawson, “Grandma” to Andrew, Ryan, Joshua and the late Jason and “Oma” to Rene of Germany.
Irmgard is predeceased by her parents and four siblings, and is survived by her brother Reinhard (Janette) Kohnke. She will also be missed by her nieces and nephews in Canada and Germany.
Special thank you to the nurses and staff at Grand River Hospital, 8th Floor and to the palliative team at Freeport Hospital for their exceptional and compassionate care. Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held.
