It is with much sadness and a great sense of loss that we announce that Jake passed away suddenly at home on Sunday, March 26, 2017, at the age of 29 years. Beloved son of Gordon and Patricia Reeve. Lovingly remembered by his cherished daughter, Sienna, and her mother Pavina. Dear brother of Jesse (Daniela), Mike (Vicki), Maureen (Mike S.), and Kelly (Steve). Loved and remembered by his girlfriend, Jovana. He will be missed by his extended family and friends. Jake was predeceased by his loving grandparents, aunts, a nephew, a cousin, and friends. May he meet with these angels in heaven and walk with them in peace. He will be remembered as a wonderful, loving father and son. Cremation has taken place. Jake’s family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900) on Sunday, April 2, 2017 from 1:00 – 2:45 pm, where the memorial service will be held in the chapel at 3:00 pm.
