Jane will be lovingly remembered by her brother Chris (Marike); her nephew Luke and her nieces Monique (John), Chantel (Josh), Chellene (Erik), and Simone. Jane leaves behind her cherished great niece Cosette and great nephews Cameron, Evan, and Eli, all of whom brought her great pride and joy.
Jane was predeceased by her parents Kenneth and Lillian, her brother John, her sister Joy (John), and her nephew Kenny and niece Karla.
Jane will also be deeply missed by her "chosen family": Tiffany, Pat and Alicia, as well as Shelley and Tammy, who shared with her a bond filled with laughter and love.
Jane dedicated over 40 years of her life to Thresholds Homes & Supports, where her compassion, patience, and unwavering support touched countless lives. Her kindness and commitment to helping others will be remembered by all who knew her.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at WRHN @ Queen's and Midtown, Dr. Seibel and Kindra, Dr. Molckovsky and Heather, the Palliative Care Team and the compassionate staff at Innisfree House. Your dedication, kindness, and care provided comfort to Jane during her final days.
Cremation has taken place and a private time of remembrance will be held by the family at a later date.
