Jennifer passed away peacefully in the care of Lisaard House in Cambridge on Saturday August 20th, 2022. Predeceased by her parents Gordon and Janet Chamberlin, her daughter Candace and her dogs Lulu and Turbo. Loving mother of James, Brodie and his wife Lindsay. Special nana to Landon Demers and their dog Meesha. Remembered by her siblings Richard and Chris Chamberlin (Denise). Jennifer is also remembered by her closest friends Maria Fitton and Kim McLeod. She will be remembered for her work at St. Mary’s High School as well as Pillars for many years. She will also be remembered as an avid explorer who loved to go on many adventures. Jennifer was known for loving animals, especially her favourite girl Lulu. She also loved to be outdoors and explore nature. She was a fan of history as well as genealogy and loved to delve into old stories and facts about family and friends.
The Chamberlin/Demers family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa Street South, Kitchener, (519-743-8900) for a visitation on Monday August 29th from 12:00pm to 12:45pm. A Celebration of her life will take place at 1:00pm. Inurnment to follow at Parkview Cemetery.
