MCINNIS, John Joseph

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of John (Joe) McInnis at home on Friday July 6th, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Linda Monkman. Loving father of Loretta (James) and Terri (Ron) and stepfather to Tracie Curtis. Dear brother of Betty and Lorraine. Predeceased by his sister, Lynn, brother Carey and his parents John and Theresa McInnis. He will be missed by nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. There will be a visitation at the Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre 1001 Ottawa St. S on Friday July 13th, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a celebration of life at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated. Rest In Piece JohnJoe im so glad i got to see and talk to you a few months before your passing was great seeing you. You have a beautiful family i always thought so had many many great memories at Teresas house when we were younger in Glace Bay and in Kitchener i will always treasure that thank you for being part of it. Your gonna be Greatly missed.....HUGS. Im so sorry for your loss Lauranne and Betty in this difficult time try your best to always treasure the great fun times you guys had with JohnJoe which im sure you both always will Love you guys stay strong.xoxo
