Our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend Lynn (Vitaline Marie) Gallant passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, May 24th at the age of 90 years.
She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her children; Tina, Gerry, Art and Margie Gallant; her siblings: Phil Herbert, Angie Bastache, Roger Herbert, Nelly Herbert and Ida Roy; as well as her 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and numerous friends and relatives.
Lynn was born in Noinville, New Brunswick. She was a caring mother who taught many values that have been passed down for generations. Lynn most enjoyed spending time with her family, playing bingo, going to the legion for Karaoke, taking trips to New Brunswick and going to bluegrass festivals.
She will now be with her departed ones, her parents: Pierre Herbert and Ida Gould; her beloved late daughter Pauline and son Emile; her siblings Doris, Celia, Lily, Claudette, Zelda and Aurore.
A Celebration of Life for Lynn will take place on Tuesday, June 14th between 1 - 4 p.m. at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900).
