Surrounded with love at Grand River Hospital on Saturday, December 17th, 2016 in her 83rd year, Margaret is the dearly loved mother of Carolynn Daniel and her husband Jeff. Cherished sister of Joyce Jackson and her husband Ron, she is predeceased by; her husband Brian in 2000, by her parents Lloyd and Elsie McKee, and her brothers Meredith, Elwood and his wife Gwen and Ross McKee. Survived by her sisters-in-law Betty and Mary McKee and Eileen McCallion, Margaret will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Margaret was a long time employee of Canada Trust where she worked in the wills department, was active in the aquatics program at Lyle Hallman pool, played many hands of Bridge with her dear friends and was an avid euchre player, Margaret Sheedy will be missed by all whose lives she touched. Kindest heartfelt thanks to the staff at Clair Hills Retirement Community and the wonderful caregivers at Grand River Hospital for their kindness and compassion. Cremation has taken place and a private inurnment service will be at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the charity of one’s choice are greatly appreciated.
