Cook, Peter Alan 66, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 19, 2018 surrounded by his family. Loving husband of Carole. Dearly loved dad of Steven (Stephanie). Much loved brother of John and his wife Anne. Brother-in-law of Robert (Audrey). Peter will be greatly missed by his grandson Benjamin, as well as his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Marie Cook and son Jamie. Peter was president of Waterloo Regional Labour Council, President of U.R.W. Local 80 and then with U.S.W.A. Local 80. Peter was also heavily involved with the NDP Riding Associations. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, February 25 from 2 to 5 pm at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S. Kitchener. Family flowers only please.
