Robert Karwowski

A man whose presence was larger than life, Robert’s sudden departure leaves an immeasurable space in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He was the cherished husband and soulmate of Tina Pringle-Karwowski. Robert was the deeply loving father of Dylan Giroux (Emily) and the beloved son of Joseph and Maria Anna. He will be fondly remembered as a devoted brother to David (Lee-Anne), a dear nephew to Stan (Christine), and a loving step-father to Cody, Katie, and Emma. Robert took immense joy in being an amazing grandpa to Oliver and Eleanora, and was filled with anticipation and pride to welcome Dylan and Emily’s second grandchild. He will be missed by his nephews; Mason and Sebastian and his dear cousins Karlee, Kaycee and Brian.

Robert joins in rest his grandparents; Jan and Marianna Karwowski and Franciszka and Wlodzimierz Jaglarz, as well as his two uncles. His memory will be forever treasured by his extended family in Canada, the United States and Poland as well as a vast circle of friends who meant the world to him.

Family and friends may visit Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre on Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. and Friday, June 5, 2026 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. A funeral service celebrating Robert’s life will be held in the chapel on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with cremation to follow.
