Russ passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. He was one month shy of his 86th birthday. He always said “He wasn’t leaving the apartment unless it was in a wooden box”. Unfortunately that never came to be. Russ is survived by his son, Garry Harnock, step-daughters, Willy Wittman and Diane Schots. Brother-in-law John Hollebrandse and wife Diann. Cherished brother, Grandpa/Opa and Great Grandpa. He was pre-deceased, just over a year ago, by the love of his life, Rie (Maria). We also want to say a special thanks to Tasha for being such a strong advocate for Russ during this past year.
