Passed away suddenly in Kitchener in his 43rd year. Dearest son of Arnold and Sharon Kurzatz and beloved brother of Tara (Reggie). He will be missed by his long time girlfriend Cindy Purdy and their sons Jaiden and Kurtis.
Cremation has taken place. Donations in Shane's memory may be made to the Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society.
