Passed away peacefully, at the Westmount Long Term Care Centre on June 13, 2012 at the age of 88. Loved by her late husband Ephraim and survived by her many nieces and nephews and her sister-in-law Ida Rieck. She lived her life in Kitchener and worked for twenty eight years at Hi Way Market. She was a proud member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church for many years. She enjoyed gardening and traveling.
